What made me want to be a teacher: I've known since I was very little that I would be.

Erica Ronsberg: Music Teaching Experience: This is my 7th year teaching elementary music.
A little about me: My wonderful husband is on the fire department and we spend lots of time with our extended family, the Sacrys.
Where I went to college: Concordia College: Moorhead, MN
Where I went to high school: Whitehall High School
My hobbies/interests: Baking, hiking, camping, and playing with children
My greatest influencers: My father, Dan Volz
What made me want to be a teacher: I love working with children and making music. It seems to bring out the best in people and we need more positive connections in this world.
My favorite thing about being a teacher: I love connecting with the students from year to year.
What I love about teaching in Whitehall: Collaborating with Mrs. Heilig is fun.
I’d like you to know this about me: I take teaching music very seriously. We have serious fun and do a lot. Anyone can learn if taught in a way they can understand. I highly encourage family music making.
