Enrollment

Welcome to the Whitehall School District! If you are new to our District, we encourage you to enroll your student as soon as possible to help us balance class sizes and provide appropriate staffing. You may enroll your child beginning August 7th, when our school offices reopen.

NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT PROCESS

Please present the following documents to enroll your student in the Whitehall School District:

  • Child's Birth Certificate
  • Immunization Record (or Opt-Out Forms available on nurse's webpage)
  • Transcripts from last school attended (high school students)

In addition, fill out these documents to start the enrollment process for your new student. You may complete these forms online or print and fill out a hard copy.

FOR NEW OUT-OF-DISTRICT STUDENTS

Click below to view the District Boundaries Maps, which illustrate the District and individual schools' boundaries.

If your child currently does NOT reside in the Whitehall District, your student may still be eligible to attend a school in the district. Please meet with the school principal to determine if your child is eligible to enroll. In some cases, due to class size, staffing restrictions or your child's status in a previous district, we may be unable to enroll your student. If your child is eligible to enroll as an out-of-district student, we will need a completed "Out-Of-District Attendance Agreement" (see below) on file. This must be completed annually.

FOR RETURNING STUDENTS

Families of continuing Whitehall students are required to update enrollment information in the fall. Details regarding this will be sent to families at the start of the school year.
